Refund Policy

1. Beta Access

Zommo is currently in free public beta. No payments are required and no subscriptions exist during this phase. This refund policy will be updated when paid tiers are introduced.

2. No Payment Processing

Zommo does not currently process any payments between you and Zommo, or between your business and your clients. All bookings and interactions during the beta are free of charge.

3. Future Paid Tiers

When paid tiers launch, Zommo will provide a full refund and cancellation policy. Pricing terms will be communicated in advance, and you will have the opportunity to accept them before any payment is processed.
